伯明翰大学依托惠康基金会 Wellcome Trust项目A Health-centred Systems Approach towards Net-Zero: Transforming regional climate mitigation policies (Heal-NZ)，招聘多名博士后。该项目汇集了来自伯明翰大学、萨里大学、约克大学、清洁空气基金会、英国环境部、西米德兰郡政府、伯明翰市政府等多家单位的30位专家和政府官员等，以健康为中心导向，综合分析碳排放与大气污染物减排的路径，设计区域净零排放政策的优化方案。

Job description
现招聘三名博士后研究员，将分别负责排放清单、空气质量观测、净零排放路径等方面的相关研究工作。具体职位如下：
1
Research Fellow 1：Emission Inventory
Tutors: Professor Zongbo Shi and Dr. Yuli Shan
Job Description: This 2-year research fellow will develop greenhouse gas (GHG) and air pollutant emission inventories for the West Midlands region using local activity data. The post-holder will also be required to apply inversion modelling to estimate CO2 and air pollutant emissions based on observations. Future emissions will be simulated by considering policy interventions on top of the existing SSP scenarios.

Research Fellow 2：Air Quality
Tutors: Professor Zongbo Shi and Dr. Suzanne Bartington
Job Description: This 3-year post will collect real-world air quality and greenhouse gas observational data to evaluate the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of climate mitigation actions in the West Midlands to support policy decisions.

Impact Research Fellow 3：
Net Zero and Air Quality
Tutors: Professor Zongbo Shi, Dr. Louise Reardon, and Dr. Suzanne Bartington
Job Description: This 3-year post will work closely with other researchers and stakeholders within the Heal-NZ project to apply air quality, machine learning and/or health economics models for improving understanding of the air quality and health impacts of Net Zero policies, and to translate the science evidence into policymaker-friendly reports and briefing documents. The potholder may be seconded to regional and/or local authorities to support their policymaking processes.

Application conditions
应聘条件
1.拥有相关教育背景，具备（或即将获得）与研究领域相关的博士学位；
2.具备独立数据分析能力，拥有获取、应用、开发数据集等经验；
3.熟练掌握相关模型、技术或方法，并具备学习或开发新模型或方法的能力（例如排放核算、反演建模、气候变化综合评估模型（职位1）；空气质量综合观测、高级数据处理包括机器学习（职位2）；空气质量模拟、空气污染健康模拟、零排放政策等 （职位3））；
4.在国际顶级期刊上发表过三篇以上论文；
5.善于沟通，可熟练使用英语作为工作语言。

时宗波 教授
时宗波，伯明翰大学地理，地球与环境科学学院教授。英国高等教育学院会员，欧洲地球化学协会会员。主要从事大气污染、全球地球化学循环等领域研究，已发表SCI论文160余篇。曾任中英重大合作研究计划-中国超大城市空气污染和人体健康研究的总协调人。目前主持两项英国自然环境理事会重点研究项目和一项Wellcome Trust重点项目(共计超过500万英镑)并参与多项重大项目（共计1000万英镑）。现任英国国家科学创新基金会自然环境研究理事会评审专家组组长和”Environmental Chemistry” 和”Plos One”杂志的学术编辑。

单钰理 副教授
单钰理，伯明翰大学地理，地球与环境科学学院副教授。全球高被引学者、政府间气候变化专门委员会IPCC第六次评估报告合作者、全国投入产出与大数据研究会首届海外常务理事，曾获德国“绿色精英奖”及中国“国家优秀自费留学奖学金”等二十余项学术荣誉，同时担任Scientific Data、Journal of Cleaner Production、Advances in Climate Change Research等期刊编辑。主要研究结合自然科学与社会科学的多领域交叉，长期致力于碳排放核算、区域可持续发展、气候变化经济学等研究，研究成果为各级政府在碳达峰、碳中和等方面的管理实践提供了基础数据支撑。在CNS子刊、Science Bulletin、National Science Review等国内外顶级学术期刊发表SCI/SSCI论文百余篇，其中18篇入选ESI热点论文，24篇入选ESI高被引论文。

Suzanne Bartington 副教授
Suzanne Bartington，伯明翰大学应用健康研究所副教授，英国公共卫生名誉顾问，英国国家科学创新基金会“清洁空气专家组顾问”。研究涵盖环境和室内空气质量的健康效应、可持续交通和环境公共政策。

Louise Reardon 副教授
Louise Reardon，伯明翰大学政府学院副教授，世界交通研究协会WCTRS治理和决策过程特别小组的联合主席。研究关注多层次治理、政策变化评估等，侧重交通治理和福祉等方向，在Political Studies、Policy Studies、Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice等期刊上发表大量文章，担任Research in Transportation Business & Management、Local Government Studies等编辑委员会成员。
